This initial grant application covers the following
period: Fiscal Year 2018
July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018


The Mississippi Community College Board, Office of Adult Education is soliciting applications from eligible providers to develop, implement, and improve adult education and literacy activities for the following counties: Benton, Calhoun, Desoto, Lafayette, Marshall, Panola, Quitman, Tallahatchie, Tate, Tunica, and Yalobusha, Bolivar, Humphreys, Issaquena, Leflore, Sharkey, Sunflower and Washington for the 2017-2018 program year.

This funding opportunity is provided through the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act, Title II, Adult Education and Family Literacy Act. Grant applications are due by Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. A Technical Assistance Webinar will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. A registration link for the Technical Assistance Webinar will be provided on the MCCB website.
