Board Meeting Schedule

The Mississippi Community College Board (MCCB) holds its regular meetings on the third Friday of each month at 9:00 a.m. in Room 507 of the Paul B. Johnson, Jr. Building at 3825 Ridgewood Road, Jackson, Mississippi 39211, unless otherwise noted.

Meeting dates, times, and locations may be adjusted to accommodate campus visits, to align with the annual meeting of the Mississippi Association of Community Colleges (MACC), or to meet other scheduling needs. Any changes will be communicated to Board members and community colleges and will be posted on the MCCB website. Updates will also be reflected in the Board’s meeting minutes.

The Board Chair may call special meetings when necessary or appropriate. Notice of any special meeting will be issued as required by law and may also be posted on the Board’s website. Regular and special meetings may be conducted as teleconference meetings.

Minutes from each meeting will be posted after they are approved and signed by the Board Chair.
