Welcome to the Human Resources Division of the Mississippi Community College Board. Human Resources is a high-impact division responsible for incorporating complex workforce dynamics and the employee experience with the broader strategy of MCCB. We are committed to providing an environment that maximizes the contributions and growth of MCCB personnel. Our aim is to assist in the development of an agile operating structure that responds to the needs of our employees who work to support and advance Mississippi’s community college system. Human Resources oversees recruiting, hiring, training/professional development, compensation, benefits, payroll, and personnel policies. We provide expert consultation in compliance with state and federal regulations that govern the selection and development of our diverse workforce.
