MCCB Professional Development
Welcome to the Center for Professional Development at the Mississippi Community College Board. We aim to facilitate the growth and development of MCCB staff as well as community college faculty, support personnel, and administrators throughout the state of Mississippi. The MCCB divisions offer a host of training and networking opportunities through faculty training, leadership academies, conferences, one day seminars, and online webinars. Goals
- To serve as a centralized site for the professional development and training opportunities provided by the Mississippi Community College Board
- To provide continuous professional and personal growth possibilities for the MCCB staff
- To support the development of community college faculty, leaders, administrators, and support personnel
- To work collaboratively with MCCB divisions and community colleges to ensure professional development needs are being met
- To foster a growth mindset of MCCB and community college staff
