Labor law posters are mandated state and federal employment law notices that employers with at least one employee or more must display. The purpose of having these posters on our site is to inform employees of their rights and obligations under the applicable laws as well as how they can respond to any violations of their labor rights. These posters ensure employees know their rights, and also ensure the employer is doing their part to notify their employees of all the important information they should know.
