Agricultural technician technology pathway is designed to prepare an individual for a career with agricultural equipment dealers, industrial, rental, retail and agricultural businesses. The curriculum provides instruction in engine design, use, maintenance, and repair techniques.

Small Engine and Equipment Repair Technology is designed to provide students with entry‐level skills needed to compete in today’s small engine and equipment repair industry.

The Veterinary Technology pathway is an instructional program that prepares individuals to provide support to veterinarians, biomedical researchers and other scientists, animal control, and humane organizations. Included is instruction in veterinary anatomy and physiology, veterinary parasitology, veterinary office management, veterinary pharmacology, and animal health.
Meat Merchandising Technology
The Meat Merchandising Technology pathway is an instructional program that prepares individuals for various related phases of processing, marketing, and merchandising of meats, catering, food preparation, and value-added products. Included is instruction in meat merchandising, which includes slaughtering, chilling, aging, quartering, and cutting and/or inspecting pork, beef, lamb, poultry, goats, wild game, and fish.
