Computer Programming Technology

The Computer Programming Technology option offers training in the design, coding, and testing of software applications using a variety of programming languages, database manipulation, hardware maintenance, and operating system functions. Graduates with skills and training in computer programming are prepared for entry level employment as developers and analysts as well as other related information technology positions in a variety of industries.

Data Analytics Technology

The Data Analytics Technology pathway is designed to prepare individuals to work in a data-rich business environment and provide them with the skills to be employable in the field of data analytics or business intelligence. Individuals will be given the opportunity to master skills to design and manipulate databases using a variety of programming languages, database software, hardware maintenance, and operating system functions.

Computer Technology

The Computer Technology pathway is designed to prepare individuals for entry-level positions in managing computer operations in an office environment. Individuals will be given the opportunity to masker skills in software configuration, troubleshooting, network administration and system operations.

Computer Servicing Technology

The Computer Servicing Technology pathway is designed to prepare individuals to be employable as computer and IT support specialists to interface with IT hardware, communications, and mobile technology resources. Individuals will be given the opportunity to master skills necessary to install, maintain, service, and diagnose operational problems in PC hardware or mobile IT systems arising from software, mechanical, or electrical malfunctions, with emphasis on support of computer networks, server maintenance, and cloud technologies.

Computer Networking Technology

The Computer Networking Technology pathway is designed to prepare individuals to master skills in telecommunications, network technologies, administration, hardware maintenance, operating systems and network planning, and implementation. Individuals will have opportunities for employment as computer support specialists, network technicians, and network managers or administrators.

Information Systems Technology

The Data Modeling/Warehousing and Database Administration Technology pathway is designed to prepare students for entry-level employment in the database administration field. Individuals will be given the opportunity to master skills necessary to design and manipulate databases using a variety of programming languages, database software, hardware maintenance, and operating system functions.

Coding Technology

The Computer Coding Technology pathway is designed to prepare individuals to be software developers.  Individuals will be given the opportunity to master skills such as the fundamentals of coding, app development, web applications, and the life leadership skills as they relate to: HTML and CSS, Database Fundamentals, Python, and JavaScript.
