The Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Technology pathway prepares individuals to work in engineering departments or private firms installing, maintaining, and operating small or medium air-conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems. The curriculum provides instruction to prepare individuals to work in a commercial setting performing special tasks relating to designing ductwork, assembly, installation, servicing, operation, and maintenance of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems according to industry standards.
Description The Utility Line Registered Apprentice option pathway prepares individuals for jobs in the field of utility power transmission and distribution construction, troubleshooting, and repair. This option is only for Registered Apprentice programs.
Biomedical Equipment Repair Technology is an instructional and field service program that provides the students with technical knowledge and skills necessary for gaining employment as a biomedical equipment technician. They are entry-level technicians who can install, set up, troubleshoot, integrate, program, test, operate, and repair biomedical equipment.
The Building/Property Maintenance pathway prepares individuals for employment opportunities in commercial and residential building general maintenance and repairs. The curriculum includes federal, state, and local codes as well as basic maintenance of heating and cooling systems, electrical, plumbing, welding, basic carpentry skills, and fundamental craftwork.

The Well Construction Technology pathway prepares individuals for use of rotary drilling and related equipment used in drilling for water, petroleum, ecological, and environmental/geotechnical operations. The curriculum provides instruction on rotary rig, power equipment, mechanical maintenance, drilling fluids, hydraulics, and other areas associated with well drilling operations.
