Empowering Student-Athletes
The Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference (MACCC) supports intercollegiate athletics and student activities across Mississippi’s 15 public community colleges. The Conference provides governance, develops shared policies, and coordinates statewide athletic competition, ensuring that programs reflect high ethical standards and contribute to student success.
Through these shared expectations, MACCC member colleges promote the educational value of athletics. Student–athletes gain discipline, teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and other skills that support achievement both in and beyond the classroom. Conference activities also enrich campus life by fostering school spirit, community engagement, and opportunities for healthy competition.
