Pathways and Outcomes

The 15 colleges offer affordable education and high-quality instruction across multiple areas. Collectively, these programs provide Mississippians with pathways to earn certificates, diplomas, and associate degrees, while also preparing them to transfer to four-year institutions or pursue advanced training and credentials.

Whether beginning higher education, entering the job market, strengthening skills for a career change, or pursuing new credentials for emerging opportunities, Mississippi’s community colleges ensure learners are prepared at every stage. These pathways position students for higher earning potential, continued academic success, and long-term contributions to their families and communities.
